Step to fix the REJECT and FAILED messages that show when trying to load tokens on your prepaid meters
1. Please ensure you have linked your NIN first before doing this.
2. Ensure you have done the meter migration linking with your NIN
3. Ensure your meter is plugged into the electricity source
4. Goto the KCT token generation page for your particular disco (if you do not know the one for your disco ask your customer care.

5. On the KCT generation page, enter your meter number and press next you will get two generated token numbers
6. You will load the codes KCT1 and KCT2
7. Enter these codes starting with KCT1. When you are done with the first, click the ENTER button, and when you get a success/0K response you enter the second one KCT2, and click ENTER to get a success/OK
Now go ahead to load your meter with the tokens
